description El estudio se llevó a cabo teniendo como objetivo principal determinar la correlación entre agresividad y autoconcepto en estudiantes de secundaria de una Institución Educativa Pública del distrito de Puente Piedra, 2017. Se trató de un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo comparativo, bajo los lineamientos del diseño no experimental. Se empleó el Cuestionario de agresión AQ, elaborado por Buss y Perry; y el cuestionario de autoconcepto AF5 de García y Musitu. La investigación se desarrolló en estudiantes de 1° a 5° de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de Puente Piedra, en una muestra de 318 participantes de ambos sexos. De acuerdo a ello, los resultados mostraron una relación a nivel baja entre agresividad y autoconcepto académico- laboral, social, emocional, familiar y físico. Así mismo, se hallaron diferencias específicas entre los estudiantes respecto a los grados, mostrando primero y cuarto de secundaria puntajes altos en agresividad.
