description El presente trabajo de investigación, fue realizado para determinar las deficiencias que hay en la reinserción del menor infractor, reconociendo sus falencias internas y externas con respecto del delito de robo, para ello, se puntualizaron 2 objetivos importantes, el primero, sobre la aplicación de medida socioeducativa de internamiento en nuestro sistema penal juvenil y el resultado del internamiento al culminarlo, la metodología empleada fue la investigación cualitativa, de tipo de diseño básico que converge la recopilación de diversas fuentes para un mayor soporte a las investigaciones y soluciones futuras, se ha llegado a identificar diversos factores que deben ser atendidos por el Estado no solo en el ámbito normativo sino en programas y proyectos que trabajen de forma conjunta con la sociedad y las instituciones asignadas para minimizar este fenómeno social, que nace de diversos factores y que afecta ruinmente a nuestros adolescentes que caen en el vacío de obtener de forma ilegal y rápida un sustento económico a través del robo.
