description La presente investigación se tiene como tema importante en el análisis del ambiente laboral y los factores que influyen alrededor de ella en Ate. Adoptando un enfoque cuantitativo y un método hipotético-deductivo, se busca entender la relación entre el ambiente laboral y las dimensiones que impactan. Se emplea un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Donde se usó la técnica de recolección de datos es la encuesta, utilizando cuestionario estructurado con escala Likert para medir la apreciación de los participantes. Se mantiene la confidencialidad y el consentimiento informado de los colaboradores que participaron con el estudio, cumpliendo con los principios éticos de la investigación. Este estudio contribuye a la comprensión del ambiente laboral y su entendimiento en el contexto empresarial.
