La metodología fue de tipo aplicada con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, el enfoque fue cuantitativo de nivel correlacional, la muestra fue de 25 colaboradores de ambos sexos mayores de edad, se aplicó instrumentos de elaboración propia, como resultados se encontró de manera general una correlación positiva de efecto grande Rho=.66 y significativa p<.01, de manera específica la gestión financiera tiene una relación Rho=.40 y p<.05 con la eficiencia en la recaudación del impuesto predial, asimismo una relación Rho=.53 y p<.01 con las tasas del impuesto predial, de igual manera, un coeficiente Rho=.53 y p<.01 con la fiscalización del impuesto predial en la Municipalidad provincial de Huallaga 2022. Se concluyó que ante un incremento en la gestión financiera se incrementara la recaudación de los impuestos.
