description El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación entre el control interno y la gestión de tesorería en la Municipalidad Provincial de Pacasmayo, 2020; se desarrolló un diseño de estudio no experimental y transversal, el tipo de estudio fue aplicada, nivel correlacional, el método de investigación fue cuantitativo. Para la recolección de información de la variable 1 y variable 2 se utilizó un cuestionario con 20 ítems y con cinco alternativas de respuestas, modalidad de escala de Likert, se tomó una muestra de 145 trabajadores. Los resultados del estudio se obtuvieron mediante el análisis estadístico descriptivo de las variables y el análisis inferencial para conocer el nivel de fiabilidad y la prueba de hipótesis mediante el coeficiente de Spearman. Del estudio se concluyó que no existe relación significativa entre el control interno y la gestión de tesorería en la Municipalidad Provincial de Pacasmayo, 2020.
