Cuya población y muestra de estudio estuvo conformado por 526 y 44 trabajadores respectivamente, a quienes se les administró un cuestionario de preguntas por cada variable como instrumento de recolección de datos, mediante la técnica de la encuesta. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el 77,3% de los trabajadores perciben como regular la gestión de patrimonial y el 47,1% calificó al inventario de bienes muebles patrimoniales como malo. Asimismo, se llegó a la conclusión general que existe relación positiva baja entre la gestión patrimonial e inventario de bienes muebles en la municipalidad provincial de San Martín-2023, ya que se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman de 0,381 con un nivel de significancia de p=0,011 (p-≤ 0,05).
