description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo ir más allá de las decisiones del tribunal constitucional, para ofrecer una reflexión final, borrar los tabú y cambiar de como ver desde un punto sociocultural en manifiesto los precedentes y cuestionamiento íntimas legales para ejecutar un suicidio asistido o una eutanasia activa. Para ello se ha aplicado una investigación de enfoque cualitativa, básica para poder describir y analizar nuestros aspectos jurídicos, Obteniendo como resultado la mayor parte de entrevistados la aceptación de la aplicación de la eutanasia en el Perú, siempre y cuando esta sea asistida por un médico, y solo en ciertos casos. Concluyendo así que toda persona tiene derecho a una vida digna, pero también a su vez a una muerte digna, es por ello que se debería de despenalizar la eutanasia en el Perú y que esta decisión debe ser respetada por el Estado y la sociedad.
