description La investigación tuvo como intención realizar un estudio de la relación entre el clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral en docentes de Instituciones Educativas de la Ugel 04, Lima 2025. A su vez está vinculado con el ODS 4 de acuerdo a la Agenda 2030 que consiste en garantizar una educación inclusiva, equitativa y de calidad para todos y todas. El tipo de investigación fue básica, bajo el diseño no experimental, correlacional y aplicado a una muestra de 72 docentes de distintas instituciones educativas. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumentos cuestionarios. Los resultados indican que el 55,6% de los docentes perciben a la variable Clima Organizacional en un nivel medio y un 48,6% de nivel medio de la variable satisfacción laboral. Se concluyó que existe una relación estadísticamente entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral, debido a una sig. de 0,007 menor que 0,05 y de acuerdo con los resultados de Tau-b de Kendall = 0,467.
