La muestra estuvo conformada por 67 servidores públicos de la municipalidad provincial de Chepén, la cual fue determinada probabilísticamente y los resultados evidenciaron un resultado muy positivo en la relación de dichas variables. El análisis revela una fuerte relación entre la calidad de la gestión administrativa y el rendimiento laboral en el concejo de Chepén en 2023. Se demuestra que mejorar la gestión administrativa se vincula con un notable aumento en el rendimiento laboral. Estos hallazgos subrayan la importancia crucial de una gestión eficiente para impulsar el desempeño laboral en la municipalidad de Chepén durante este periodo.
