description El estudio consideró como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre el control concurrente y la transparencia pública de una municipalidad distrital de Cajamarca, 2024, metodológicamente se desarrolló un trabajo cuantitativo de diseño no experimental longitudinal y por el nivel correlacional, la muestra fue de 60 trabajadores, para la obtención de datos se acudió tanto a la encuesta como el análisis documental, siendo los instrumentos el cuestionario y la guía de análisis, se pudo identificar mediante la revisión documental que existen dos situaciones adversas en distintas obras realizadas por el municipio, siendo estas la conformidad técnica sin cumplirse lo indicado en el expediente técnico y la presencia de imperfecciones en la infraestructura de una obra, comprometiendo ambas la finalidad pública y el logro de objetivos. concluyéndose que existe relación significativa y fuerte entre el control concurrente y la transparencia pública de una municipalidad distrital de Cajamarca, 2024, según correlación de Pearson de 0,792 y Significancia igual a 0,000.
