Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de gestión administrativa tiene un nivel medio en 67 %, nivel bajo en 20 %, y nivel alto en 13 %; el nivel de presupuesto por resultados tiene un nivel medio en 67 %, nivel bajo en 24 %, y nivel alto en 9 %. Concluyendo que existe relación positiva alta y significativa entre la gestión administrativa y el presupuesto por resultados en el Hospital II-2, Tarapoto – 2023. Mediante el análisis estadístico de Rho Spearman se alcanzó un coeficiente de 0.820 y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01); además, solo el 67,24 % de dependencia existe entre variables.
