La presente investigación es tipo descriptiva y diseño cuantitativo, la población y muestra conformada por 30 trabajadores de la misma, a quienes se aplicó encuesta. Los resultados indican con respecto al sexo que existe un mayor número de trabajadores del sexo femenino y que la mayor cantidad están acumuladas en las edades de 21 a 50 años y que su mayor problema de impacto emocional, es el problema económico; con respecto a la intensidad de la salud se muestra poco intenso; con respecto a las metas del próximo año los resultados no demuestras que los trabajadores de dicha área tienen aspiraciones tanto en el ámbito profesional y laboral, indican que el 73% de los encuestados viven muy estresados y el 27% viven algo estresados. Ningún participante de la investigación dijo vivir casi sin estrés o sin estrés, lo que se muestra que todos los trabajadores muestran estrés en su centro de trabajo y que los problemas económicos como problema de impacto emocional es la causa del estrés laboral de los trabajadores, sin embargo, en su mayoría, tienen metas por realizar en el ámbito profesional y laboral.
