Los resultados determinaron que la relación del delito de aborto en el Perú con la teoría de la justicia de Jhon Rawls es positiva.

And the objective was to determine how the crime of abortion in Peru is related to the theory of Justice of John Rawls. The technique that was used was the bibliographic analysis, for the study of the variables independently and for the demonstration of the hypotheses; and the instrument was the filing of written materials. The design used was non-experimental, descriptive-correlational.
