La población lo conformo los niños y niñas de 5 años del salón celeste y amarillo de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 719 Héroes del Cenepa del Distrito de San Juan Bautista durante el año 2020. La muestra se obtuvo utilizando el diseño muestral para poblaciones menor a 1500 obteniéndose 40 el 100% de la población, es decir los 40 niños y niñas de 5 años del salón celeste y amarillo de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 719 Héroes del Cenepa del Distrito de San Juan Bautista durante el año 2020. La elección de la muestra fue no aleatoria intencionada. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de Expresión Oral es regular en Niños y Niñas de 5 Años en la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 719 Héroes del Cenepa, San Juan Bautista 2020.

The research was descriptive. The usual design of the Inquiry was nonexperimental and the specific design was descriptive cross-sectional. The population was made up of the 5-year-old boys and girls of the blue and yellow room of the Initial Educational Institution No. 719 Héroes del Cenepa of the San Juan Bautista District during 2020. The sample was obtained using the sample design for populations under 1500 obtaining 40 100% of the population, that is, the 40 boys and girls of 5 years of age from the blue and yellow room of the Initial Educational Institution No. 719 Héroes del Cenepa of the District of San Juan Bautista during the year 2020. The election of the sample was intentional non-random. The technique used to collect the data was the survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire.
