El plan de negocio nace como consecuencia de detección de una oportunidad de negocios, en el sector gastronómico, específicamente en el sector snack, como son las paletas de hielo. Producto de alto consumo en nuestra región como aliviante al abrumante calor en varias horas del día, elaboradas con productos de la región. Se comprobó que en el mercado de la ciudad de Iquitos existe una oportunidad para ingresar con este tipo de negocio, ya que esta ciudad cuenta con un clima tropical, con días calurosos que impactan en mayor necesidad de un momento de calor. Respecto al plan de operaciones los procesos diseñados en la empresa son cortos, simples y eficientes. Se busca crear un producto que satisfaga la necesidad del cliente, hasta el punto de superar sus expectativas. Referente a la organización responde a la necesidad de una micro empresa, el organigrama es funcional, con las funciones definidas, que imposibilite la duplicidad de funciones. Las políticas laborales buscan cuidar la calidad de vida de la empresa. Los resultados económicos financieros, muestran que el análisis reporta un valor actual neto (VAN) positivo de S/.148,1707 y con una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 88%. En cuanto a la relación Beneficio Costo (B/C) es de S/.2.60. The business plan was born as a result of detecting a business opportunity, in the gastronomic sector, specifically in the snack sector, such as ice lollipops. High consumption product in our region as a relief to the overwhelming heat in several hours of the day, made with products from the region. It was found that in the market of the city of Iquitos there is an opportunity to enter with this type of business, since this city has a tropical climate, with hot days that impact in greater need of a hot moment. Regarding the operations plan, the processes designed in the company are short, simple and efficient. It seeks to create a product that meets the customer's need, to the point of exceeding their expectations. Regarding the organization responds to the need of a micro company, the organizational chart is functional, with the defined functions, which makes it impossible to duplicate functions. Labor policies seek to take care of the quality of life of the company. The economic and financial results show that the analysis reports a positive net present value (NPV) of S / .148,707 and with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 88%. Regarding the relation Benefit Cost (B / C) is S / .2.60.
