description Elaboramos una propuesta que consiste en el diseño de un centro integral de formación en negocios gastronómicos para la región Loreto, en el Distrito de Belén, Provincia de Maynas, para el mejoramiento de la comercialización en la zona de Belén, formación de profesionales gastronómicos e impulsar la cultura y gastronomía desde un punto significativo de Loreto. Para lograr dicho propósito se hizo la elección del terreno perteneciente a la Casona o conocido como el mercado de Belén. Al finalizar el proyecto se obtuvo como resultado el adecuado diseño de una infraestructura para un centro integral de formación en negocios gastronómicos, logrando una adecuada infraestructura, los comensales puedan disfrutar de la cultura y gastronomía de Loreto, y los estudiantes pueden desempeñar sus habilidades al máximo ya que cuentan con todos los usos necesarios como pabellón de aulas, biblioteca, auditorio, área administrativa, que permitan su adecuada formación y profesionalización, etc.

To achieve this purpose, the choice of land belonging to the Casona or known as the Belén market was made.
