Respecto a la tendencia los meses con mayor incremento fueron octubre y diciembre. Asimismo, los trabajadores en cantidad, en el ámbito privado, se incrementó tanto a nivel nacional 13.73% y nivel Loreto 13.03% En el sector público, el mercado del empleo en el país muestra recupero posterior a la primera ola en el año 2021, este recupero ocurre tanto a nivel nacional, 216%, y es menor en el ámbito del departamento Loreto, 127%. Referente al tamaño que representan las empresas del departamento respecto al tamaño de empresas a nivel nacional, es de 1,023% al inicio del año, y 0.737% al final de este periodo anual. Las remuneraciones en tiempo de Covid muestra un recupero a nivel nacional de 2.90%, a nivel Loreto se incrementa en 2.44% siendo menor respecto al total del país La representación de las remuneraciones de los trabajadores del departamento de Loreto es de 68,83% al inicio del año 2021 y una disminución 68.52% al final del año.
