description A través de este informe, compartiré mi experiencia laboral en la Gerencia Municipal del distrito de Izcuchaca, Huancavelica. Iniciaré presentando los datos generales sobre la municipalidad, detallando las funciones de la alta dirección administrativa, como sus actividades clave y estructura organizativa. También resaltaré la misión, visión y logros alcanzados como resultado de una gestión municipal sólida. Posteriormente, se abordan los aspectos generales de la Municipalidad Distrital de Izcuchaca, seguido de un diagnóstico cuya finalidad es identificar las necesidades de la Gerencia Municipal y proponer acciones como funcionario de alta dirección administrativa. Esto respaldará la consolidación de la administración municipal, que abarca diversas esferas, impulsando el avance y desarrollo en la comunidad local. En el siguiente capítulo, se realiza un análisis respaldado por el respaldo teórico al revisar la literatura internacional sobre Gestión Municipal. Se examinan las similitudes y diferencias encontradas, facilitando la comparación y perfeccionamiento de los indicadores más empleados para medir la eficiencia. Para concluir, se derivan resultados y recomendaciones fundamentados en este análisis comparativo.
