Y el objetivo general fue determinar la relación que existe entre el ambiente de control y las acciones logísticas en la Municipalidad Distrital de Huasicancha – Huancayo, 2020. La metodología general de esta investigación es el científico, el tipo de investigación fue básica, nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra de estudio fue de 10 trabajadores del área de logística de la municipalidad en estudio. Los resultados muestran que, la mayoría de trabajadores del área de logística de la Municipalidad de Huasicancha percibe que Ambiente de control regular (80.0%) y que las acciones logísticas tienen un nivel regular (100.0%).
