El uso de nuevas tecnologías mejora la calidad arquitectónica sustentable, creando el bienestar para los usuarios. La presente investigación t iene como finalidad determinar en qué medida la aplicación de los principios de la arquitectura sustentable optimizar á el diseño del nuevo Palacio Municipal de San Agustín de Cajas , 2019; en búsqueda de una construcción que ahorre recursos naturales, la eficiencia de energía y el confort térmico de sus ambientes . Con l a investigación realizada y el planteamiento del proyecto , se concluye que la pr incipal perspectiva de diseño que aplica los principios de sustentabilidad ambiental, económica y social es la forma , representadas en el proyecto, se puede logra r reducir el costo más que con una construcción tradicional.
