La precariedad de estas instalaciones, caracterizada por la falta de espacios esenciales, compromete significativamente la movilidad urbana de la ciudad. La carencia de áreas de espera, embarque y desembarque adecuadas, sumada a la escasez de estacionamientos y vías de acceso, genera congestión, inseguridad y limita la eficiencia del sistema de transporte. La ubicación dispersa y no planificada de los terminales agrava aún más esta situación, obligando a los usuarios a invertir más tiempo en sus desplazamientos. Para revertir esta problemática, es imperativo implementar una planificación integral que contemple la construcción de un terminal moderno, accesible y bien conectado con la red de transporte existente. En conclusión, la deficiente infraestructura de los terminales terrestres con destino a la zona sur de Huamanga impacta directamente en la movilidad urbana de la ciudad. La falta de espacios funcionales, las limitaciones de accesibilidad y la dispersión e informalidad de los terminales agravan los problemas de congestión y eficiencia del sistema de transporte. Para abordar estos desafíos, es fundamental implementar una planificación integral de la movilidad urbana y el transporte de pasajeros, que contemple el ordenamiento y la ubicación de una infraestructura adecuada para reemplazar los actuales terminales informales. Este nuevo establecimiento debe ser accesible, articulado y bien conectado con la red de transporte de Huamanga.
