description La tesis tuvo como objetivo comparar in vitro el nivel de microfiltración marginal entre tres sellantes resinosos en una universidad privada de Huancayo 2023. Para alcanzar el objetivo, se utilizó el método científico con nivel de investigación explicativo, se usó diseño cuasiexperimental, prospectivo y de corte longitudinal. Se recolectaron los datos en el laboratorio de Biología Celular y Molecular de una universidad privada, la población estuvo conformada por cuarenta premolares superiores e inferiores, se estableció la muestra de treinta piezas dentales sanas, dividido en tres grupos experimentales. Los resultados de la prueba de normalidad Shapiro-Wilk evidencian que el valor de significancia es 0.009 siendo menor al α propuesto y mediante la prueba no paramétrica de Kruskal Wallis se realizó la comprobación de hipótesis. Por esta razón, se rechaza que existe una diferencia significativa en el nivel de microfiltración marginal de tres sellantes resinosos, teniendo el sellante Fissurit FX y Clinpro Sealant un nivel 1, a diferencia del sellante Biodinámica Fotocurable que presenta mayor nivel con un resultado de 2.
