description En el estudio se planteó como objetivo general analizar de qué manera el moobing laboral vulnera los derechos constitucionales de los trabajadores del Gobierno regional de Junín, 2023. Dicha investigación se orientó bajo un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo básico, con el diseño fenomenológico, población y muestra conformada por 20 trabajadores del Gobierno Regional de Junín, como técnica se usó la entrevista e instrumento la guía de entrevista y f ichas bibliográficas. De este modo, los resultados de este estudio revelaron que el mobbing laboral debe entenderse como comportamientos hostiles con palabras, actos, gestos y escritos repetitivos que dañan la integridad física y psicológica de la persona, convirtiéndose en una problemática presente, que vulnera los derechos constitucionales de los trabajadores, puesto que se identificaron casos de acoso vertical y horizontal, donde los superiores jerárquicos ejercían actos hostiles, intimidatorios o degradantes de manera repetitiva y sistemática, esto se manifestó en forma de desigualdad, desvalorización y represalias verbales y psicológicas persistentemente para ofender, amedrentar y humillar. En conclusión, la presente investigación ratifica la ineludible responsabilidad del Gobierno Regional de Junín en salvaguardar la integridad y la dignidad de sus trabajadores, conforme a los preceptos constitucionales y legales vigentes. De modo que, se pueda revertir el ambiente laboral que obs taculiza la actividad profesional y dificulta el desempeño de los mismos.
