description Con el fin primordial de obtener el grado académico de Contador Público de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Empresa de la Universidad Continental - Huancayo, les presento a la consideración de los honorables miembros del jurado mi trabajo de tesis titulado : Liderazgo transformador contable y gestión edil en la Municipalidad Provincial de Melgar - Ayaviri, 2023 , planteando como principal intención : Determinar el grado de relación que existe entre el liderazgo transformacional contable y la gestión edil en la Municipalidad Provincial de Melgar - Ayaviri. Metodología: utiliza un diseño no experimental y correlacional, experimento el enfoque cuantitativo de aplicación práctica y un nivel correlacional. La muestra está dispuesta por 105 participantes . Resultados: El factor de correlación de 0.689 revela que, en el año 2023, en la Municipalidad Provincial de Melgar - Ayaviri, existe una relación moderadamente positiva entre el liderazgo transformacional contable y la gestión edilicia . Conclusión: Hay una conexión clara y beneficiosa entre el liderazgo transformacional en contabilidad y la gestión edil, donde ambos aspectos se influyen mutuamente de manera directa y favorable.
