description El presente informe como a sistente SSOMA, tiene como objetivo demostrar el cumplimiento de los planes de Seguridad, Salud en el Trabajo y Manejo Ambiental e n la obra “MEJORAMIENTO INTEGRAL DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA EDUCATIVA DEL CENTRO DE EDUCACIÓN TÉCNICO PRODUCTIVO CETPRO – HUANCAYO, JUNÍN”, mediante la asistencia al especialista SSOMA . D espués de re alizar un diagnóstico del estado situacional de la obra, se pudo observar algunas deficiencias relacionad a s al cumplimiento de los planes de Seguridad, Salud en el Trabajo y Manejo Ambiental , tales como: gestión documentaria, incumplimiento de normas segur idad y riesgos ambientales no tratados . La solución propuesta por la empresa se basó en la contratación de un asistente SSOMA para optimizar el cumplimento de los planes , el valor de esta solución radica con el cumplimiento de la normativa ya que asegura e l alineamiento a las exigencias legales, la reducción de accidentes en la obra, fomentar la cultura de seguridad a los trabajadores, optimizar la gestión ambiental , etc. En conclusión, la inversión en contar con un asistente SSOMA genera un impacto visibl e en la prevención, bienestar de los trabajadores y la reputación de la empresa.
