description El siguiente trabajo de investigación titulado “Eficacia de la Gestión en la Incorporación del personal CAS en la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial, Lima 2024 ” tiene como finalidad determinar la eficacia del proceso de gestión para la incorporación de personal bajo el régimen de Contratación Administrativa de Servicios (CAS) en la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial durante el año 2024, a través de la evaluación de sus procedimientos, criterios de selección y resultados. El método de esta investigación será a través del método científico, mediante un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo teórico a nivel descriptivo de diseño no experimental, debido a que las variables no serán manipuladas . A través del instrumento utilizado que será el cuestionario a nuestra población que consistió en colaboradores de la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial es que analizaremos el impacto que la gestión administrativa tiene en la incorporación del personal C AS en el Poder Judicial.
