description La presente investigación llevó por título Gestión administrativa y productividad laboral en la Municipalidad provincial de Churcampa – Huancavelica 2023, tuvo el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre la Gestión administrativa y productividad laboral en la Municipalidad provincial de Churcampa – Huancavelica 2023. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel correlacional, método hipotético deductivo y diseño no experimental, teniendo una muestra de 70 trabajadores públicos que se le aplicaron la técnica de la encuesta e instrumento cuestionario, asimismo se obtuvo la validez de los instrumentos y la confiabilidad con el índice Alfa de Cronbach superior a .70. En los resultados, el 57.1% de los trabajadores destacaron una gestión administrativa de nivel medio y una productividad de nivel alto con una correlación de .287 y significancia bilateral .016 (se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la hipótesis de investigación). En conclusión, existe relación entre la Gestión administrativa y productividad laboral en la Municipalidad provincial de Churcampa – Huancavelica 2023.
