Asimismo, la muestra estuvo conformada por 50 trabajadores de la Municipalidad provincial de Huancas Sancos, aplicando un muestreo no probabilístico censal. Con respecto al instrumento aplicado , fue un cuestio nario para cada variable usando la escala Likert. Los resultados mostraron que el sistema Siga se ubica en un nivel bajo según el 48% de los encuestados; mientras que la toma de decisiones se sitúa en un nivel bajo de acuerdo al 44% señalando que, se debe realizar adecuadamente la implementación del sistema Siga para que haya mejora en las tomas de decisiones. Concluyendo que si existe relación positiva muy fuerte entre el sistema SIGA y la toma de decisiones, arrojando una correlación según el estadígrafo Spearman de (Rho=0.861), mostrando una sig. 0.000 (p <0.05).
