description La presente investigación titulada “limitación de derechos por impedimento de matrimonio entre excuñados” tiene como objetivo determinar e identificar cuáles son los fundamentos Jurídicos que adopta el Estado, que derechos vulnera, que efectos genera y como afecta a la familia al no permitir el contraer matrimonio entre excuñados. Respecto a la metodología tiene como tipo básica ya que lleva a la búsqueda de nuevos conocimientos, nivel descriptiva, describe un fenómeno o una situación mediante el estudio del mismo, método inductivo, se analizan los casos particulares a partir de las cuales se extraen conclusiones de carácter general, diseño no experimental, aquellos cuyas variables independiente carecen de manipulación intencional y de enfoque cualitativo, de paradigma interpretativo, población, casos de personas con problemas para conformar un hogar por el impedimento de matrimonio entre excuñados, muestra no probabilístico, técnica entrevistas instrumento guía de entrevistas de Limitación de derechos por impedimento de matrimonio entre excuñados 2017.
