description Problema: Actualmente el área de abastecimiento de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cangallo no cuenta con procedimientos adecuados de abastecimiento que le permita minimizar los riesgos operativos que viene afectando la eficiencias, eficacia y efectividad de sus funciones. Por lo que, es necesario realizar una investigación científica que determine toda la problemática que viene afectando estos temas en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cangallo, con el propósito de mejorar el proceso de abastecimiento que minimicen los riesgos operativos. Tipo de investigación: Aplicada. Metodología: Inductivo y deductivo. Diseño: descriptivo-explicativo y no experimental. Población: 98 trabajadores permanentes; en el proceso de recojo de datos emplearemos como instrumento el cuestionario; el procesamiento de datos incumbirá a estadística descriptiva, que consistirá en aplicar el instrumento de recojo de datos a toda la población.
