description El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar en qué condiciones se encontraban la gestión penitenciaria del Establecimiento Penal San Judas Tadeo de Sicuani Donde trabajamos con las diferentes áreas de tratamiento penitenciario del Establecimiento Penal San Judas Tadeo de Sicuani, asimismo con el personal encargado de la seguridad y de la administración de dicho establecimiento. Para ello se aplicaron los siguientes instrumentos: que fueron las encuestas realizadas tanto al personal que labora en el Establecimiento Penal San Judas Tadeo de Sicuani así como los internos. Las encuestas muestran que la gestión penitenciaria en el Establecimiento Penal San Judas Tadeo de Sicuani era regular ya que en dicho año no se contaba con áreas de tratamiento como son Educación, Salud, Asistencia Psicológica, Asistencia Social y que ahora en la actualidad se implementaron recientemente siendo así que se dará una mejor rehabilitación, reeducación y reinserción del interno a la sociedad.
