El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar cómo se realizó la Gestión de los Recursos Turísticos en la Municipalidad distrital de San Sebastián Cusco, 2020. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo descriptivo, porque se va a describir cómo fue la gestión municipal de la actividad turística en el distrito de San Sebastián. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por todos los trabajadores de la Municipalidad de San Sebastián representado por 27 trabajadores, que viene a ser todo el universo que será la muestra representativa de toda su población. En la presente investigación se determinó cómo se realiza la Gestión de los Recursos Turísticos en la Municipalidad distrital de San Sebastián Cusco, se ha demostrado que es inadecuado teniendo como resultado regular en un 33.3%., los que finalmente permitió indicar que la Gestión turística de la municipalidad de San Sebastián es regular. Por lo que se requiere una reingeniería en la gestión del recurso en la actividad turística.

The objective of this research was to determine how the Management of Tourist Resources was carried out in the District Municipality of San Sebastián Cusco, 2020. The methodology used was descriptive, because it will describe how the municipal management of tourist activity was in the district of San Sebastián. The study of population was made up of all the workers of the Municipality of San Sebastián, represented by 27 workers, which is the entire universe that will be the representative sample of its entire population.
