Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron observación estructurada realidad, las encuestas inestructuradas y la revisión documental para todas las categorías de estudio, la territorialidad de investigación es la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián de la provincia y departamento del Cusco y sus centros recreacionales La Municipalidad Distrital no ha aplicado la Ley N°28036 Ley de Promoción y Desarrollo del Deporte y el Decreto Supremo 014-2022-MINEDU, y es esta la razón por la cual se ha vulnerado el derecho al deporte; ya que, la adecuada aplicación de estos cuerpos legales, si influye positivamente en el ejercicio del derecho al deporte.

The technical data that can be used for real observations, instructive studies and documentary review of the study categories, territorial investigations and the municipalities of San Sebastián and recreational centers.
