description En el presente trabajo investigación intitulado “APALANCAMIENTO OPERATIVO Y RENTABILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES TURISMO AMPAY SRL. 2016”, tiene como objetivo el determinar qué manera el apalancamiento operativo interviene en la rentabilidad en la Empresa de Transportes Turismo Ampay S.R.L. 2016. El enfoque de la investigación es de tipo cuantitativo y el diseño descriptivo de nivel básico, este trabajo de investigación realizo el análisis de las variables del apalancamiento operativo y rentabilidad, se aplicó a los usuarios y personal que labora en la Empresa de Transportes Turismo Ampay S.R.L. 2016 El análisis estadístico de los resultados obtenidos permitió llegar a la siguiente conclusión: El apalancamiento operativo interviene en la rentabilidad en la Empresa de Transportes Turismo Ampay S.R.L. 2016, presenta una situación poco satisfactoria para los empresarios, efectivamente, podemos observar que los niveles de ingresos por la prestación del servicio son promedio, más considerando que el apalancamiento operativo es deficiente, pues sus vehículos tienen una antigüedad mayor a 4 años.
