La población fue no probabilística por conveniencia; la muestra estratificada estuvo constituida por los trabajadores del área de gerencia, ventas, logística, contabilidad y seguridad ocupacional, haciendo un total de 32 trabajadores; las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta y la guía de entrevista y los instrumentos utilizados fueron los cuestionarios y la entrevista los cuales fueron construidos según las bases teóricas y validados estadísticamente. Entre los resultados se determinó que existe relación directa y significativa entre el control interno y la gestión empresarial de la empresa Clean Security Servicios Generales S.R.L., 2018, mediante la prueba Rho de Spearman, con un p valor menor a 0,05 y un coeficiente de correlación (rho = 0,707), que señala que la relación fue moderada y positiva, por lo que un incremento en el nivel de gestión empresarial se refleja en un incremento en el nivel de control interno y viceversa.

The research was of an applied type, of correlational scope, non-experimental transectional design and quantitative approach. The population was non-probabilistic for convenience; the stratified sample was constituted by workers in the area of management, sales, logistics, accounting and occupational safety, making a total of 32 workers; the techniques used were the survey and the interview guide and the instruments used were the questionnaires and the interview which were constructed according to the theoretical bases and statistically validated.
