La investigación fue de tipo aplicado, nivel de investigación correlacional, método hipotético-deductivo y de diseño no experimental con corte transversal. Se consideró como criterio de inclusión para la definición de la población a los 1250 abogados, fiscales y jueces colegiados del Colegio de Abogados del departamento de Ucayali, como muestra estudiada tenemos un total de 294 abogados, fiscales y jueces colegiados del Colegio de Abogados del departamento de Ucayali. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó el cuestionario, el cual estuvo compuesto por 36 preguntas, las mismas que contaron con cinco alternativas de respuestas codificadas en base a una escala ordinal, muy similar a la Escala de Likert. Los datos recolectados a partir de la aplicación del cuestionario fueron ordenados por medio de hojas Ms Excel, siendo después procesados en el programa SPSS versión 25, con el propósito de generar tablas y gráficos que permitieran evidenciar una mejor comprensión de los resultados. Además, para el respectivo contraste de hipótesis se calculó el coeficiente de Rho Spearman, el cual evidenció un valor equivalente a 0,898, es decir una correlación positiva y alta, asimismo, se obtuvo un valor de significancia, siendo este p=0,000, demostrando de este modo la existencia de una relación significativa.
