Esta ubicada a una latitud: 8°36′23″S, de longitud 74°19′00″O, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión logística y la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Distrital de Masisea, 2025. Se aplico un diseño de investigacion no experimental de tipo aplicada con alcance descriptive/ correlacional de corte transversal, con una muestra de 32 trabajadores de la municipalidad de masisea. Los datos se recolectaron atraves de la técnica de la encuesta utilizando el instrumento del cuestionario con preguntas cerradas de tipo likert. la variable gestión logistica estuvo conformado por 8 items y la variable calidad de servicio por 12 items, los instrumentos fueron validados por jucio de tres expertos con un calificativo de “muy bueno”. La confiabilidad de los instrumentos se realizo a través de la prueba estadística Alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose una puntuación de 0.955 para la variable gestion logistica y 0.941 para la variable calidad de servicio considerada como aceptable ambos. Se contrastó las hipótesis, empleando la estadística paramétrica, de Rho de Pearson.
