Para ello, se llevó a cabo una investigación de tipo básica, con un nivel no experimental, diseño transversal. La muestra del estudio estuvo conformada por 385 usuarios, quienes brindaron información clave para evaluar la relación entre el presupuesto participativo y la participación ciudadana. La mayoría de los encuestados identificó que existe relación entre el presupuesto participativo con la participación ciudadana en la Municipalidad Provincial de Coronel Portillo, Pucallpa 2024. En particular, el 62,9% de los participantes evaluó esta relación como "regular" y la prueba de hipótesis arrojó un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.966 y una significancia de 0.000, indicando una correlación alta y significativa.
