Metodología: Investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional, transversal, diseño no experimental, muestra 25 personas participantes en el proceso del presupuesto participativo del año 2024. Instrumentos: dos cuestionarios estructurados tipo Likert. Resultados principales: El 80% se encuentra satisfecho con el presupuesto participativo en general, el 76% se encuentra satisfecho en el cumplimiento de acuerdos tomados, el 76% se encuentra satisfecho por la igualdad de oportunidades que se da en el proceso del presupuesto participativo y el 80% se encuentra satisfecho con la entrega oportuna de los fondos. Conclusión: Tras aplicar el coeficiente Rho de Spearman para determinar la relación entre el presupuesto participativo y la satisfacción de los usuarios, considerando un  0.05 y 95% de confiabilidad, los resultados muestran un valor de p=0.000 (<0.05), con lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se concluye que: Existe una relación directa y significativa entre el presupuesto participativo y la satisfacción de los usuarios de la Municipalidad Provincial de Coronel Portillo.
