Para la selección de los datos se utilizaron instrumentos validados como cuestionarios, todo ello para dar confiabilidad y validez al instrumento elegido, fue de elaboración propia. Para la variable gestión administrativa consta de 15 ítems, y en relación con la segunda variable comportamiento organizacional consta de 15 ítems, valorando los instrumentos obtenidos para el presente estudio, el análisis estadístico se hizo aplicando el programa SPSS 26, lo cual arrojó resultados confiables en la investigación. Se logró determinar que existe relación significativa entre la gestión administrativa y el comportamiento organizacional en la Red de Salud Nº 02 Federico Basadre – Yarinacocha 2023. La conclusión general, existe relación significativa entre la gestión administrativa y el comportamiento organizacional en la Red de Salud Nº 02 Federico Basadre - Yarinacocha 2023, con un valor r = 0.821 estimado por el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson.
