description El objetivo fue: Determinar si existe relación entre vínculo afectivo y estrés en madres adolescentes en el Servicio de Ginecoobstetricia del Hospital Zacarías Correa Valdivia Huancavelica 2019. Materiales y métodos: el tipo de investigación fue básica de un nivel correlacional, empleando el método deductivo, inductivo, hipotético, con diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional, contando con una muestra de 39 madres adolescentes, las técnicas empleadas fueron la encuesta y escala psicométrica; obteniendo los siguientes resultados: existen 33.33% (13) madres adolescentes de 18 años de edad; con grado de instrucción de primaria 76.92% (30); estado civil 100% (39) soltera; lugar de procedencia de mayor frecuencia es Ascensión con 43.59% (17). Concluyendo: Existe relación débil entre vínculo afectivo y estrés en madres adolescentes en el servicio de ginecoobstetricia del Hospital Regional “Zacarías Correa Valdivia” de Huancavelica 2019 a un valor de significancia al 0.05%.
