description La presente investigación tiene como título “La responsabilidad civil del arrendador financiero por daños cometidos a terceros por el arrendatario financiero derivados de accidentes de tránsito: Ley general de transporte y tránsito terrestre vs. Ley de arrendamiento financiero”, investigación que tiene como problema general la contradicción normativa existente entre el reglamento general de tránsito y el Decreto Legislativo N° 299 por la responsabilidad civil extracontractual solidaria del propietario del automóvil con un leasing en caso la póliza no cubra todos los daños, siendo así se ha desarrollado la presente investigación a través del método cuantitativo, con tipo específico, básica, y diseño no experimental-transversal del tipo correlacional, la técnica usada fue la encuesta e instrumento aplicado el cuestionario, lo cual ha tenido como resultado la correlación significativa entre la Antinomia Normativa y la Responsabilidad Civil Extracontractual Solidaria del Leasing Automotriz en el 5° Juzgado Civil de Lima Norte, 2018-2019, concluyendo que se prueba la hipótesis alterna, por tanto, ambas variables se correlacionan positivamente altas y de forma alta una en la otra.
