El proyecto incluye tiendas anclas, patios de comida, servicios financieros, estacionamiento y un museo de sitio conectado mediante plazas y patios para fomentar la interacción comunitaria. Además, se abordaron seis categorías de diseño: territorial, funcional, estético-formal, tecnológico y de sostenibilidad. El enfoque metodológico incluyó la evaluación de las condiciones del sitio, el cumplimiento de normas vigentes y la aplicación de estrategias arquitectónicas sostenibles. Los resultados obtenidos proporcionan parámetros arquitectónicos aplicables a proyectos en contextos históricos, tomando en cuenta contribuir al desarrollo sostenible, la preservación patrimonial y el dinamismo urbano en áreas históricas.
