For which the problem hydrological system must be located in the group that corresponds in the dimensionless morphometric regional classification, verify the conditions of hydraulic similarity according to the established permissible ranges and then explain the hydrodynamics of the basin. If similar in the group, the dimensionless parameters become fundamental instruments for transferring hydrological information between all hydraulically similar basins.
