description La presente tesis se tituló “Control Interno y la Gestión Logística en la empresa Distribuidora San Juan, 2024”, se tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Control Interno y la Gestión Logística en la empresa Distribuidora San Juan. El estudio fue de carácter cuantitativo utilizando un diseño correlacional de nivel no experimental y carácter transversal. Se eligieron deliberadamente a 40 trabajadores de la empresa distribuidora San Juan, mediante un muestreo no probabilístico. Se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los datos recolectados se sometieron a análisis empleando el software SPSS. Como resultados se evaluó la relación entre ambas variables, la hipótesis fue comprobada mediante la prueba de Rho de Spearman, revelando un coeficiente de correlación de 0.839, lo que indica una correlación alta, positiva y significativa entre ambas variables. Concluyendo que una adecuada implementación y supervisión de las actividades de control no solo optimiza los procesos logísticos, sino que también mejora la eficiencia operativa y facilita una mejor toma de decisiones estratégicas en la empresa
