description La presente tesis demostró la necesidad de la precisión conceptual de la permanente incapacidad moral como causal de vacancia presidencial en la Constitución Política del Perú, la cual se deberá realizar con la finalidad de asegurar una correcta interpretación y aplicación de la misma. Dentro de este estudio no solo se logró probar la hipótesis general y especifica planteadas, sino que también, se pudo determinar que de no darse una adecuada regulación de la figura objeto de estudio ésta pasará de ser un instrumento de control político a uno de manipulación política.
