The results show that there is a positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfacción in remote workers. Although most studies show this relationship, there is little scientific evidence between both variables, which is why future research is encouraged to focus on developing theoretical models on work-life balance and encouraging labor policies in order to improve satisfaction. from the workers.

Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en diversos artículos de investigación tomando en consideración los lineamientos de la guía PRISMA (Page et al., 2021). Las bases de datos consultadas fueron Scopus, Ebsco y PubPsych, en donde se revisaron detalladamente 10 investigaciones publicadas entre los años 2020 y 2023. Los resultados muestran que existe una relación positiva entre work-life balance y satisfacción laboral en trabajadores desde el hogar.
