The purpose of the research was to reduce the rate of corporate deactivations due to portability and it sought to test the hypothesis that coverage, price, service quality and relationship are the factors that are significantly associated with the migration of corporate clients from the company. To carry out this study, a population of 2,923 corporate clients of the Entel Peru company was used as the unit of analysis. Regarding the results of the study, it was possible to demonstrate the hypothesis formulated at the level of variable migration. Stating that it is influenced by the four factors mentioned, being the quality of the service the one with the highest incidence. |

En particular, se estudió el segmento de clientes corporativos. Se sabe que este segmento representa poco más de la tercera parte de la base postpago de la compañía y es el responsable en promedio de cerca del 15% del movimiento del negocio. La investigación tuvo como objetivo la reducción de la tasa de desactivaciones corporativas por portabilidad y se buscó probar la hipótesis de que la cobertura, el precio, la calidad del servicio y el relacionamiento son los factores que se asocian significativamente con la migración de clientes corporativos de la compañía. Para llevar a cabo el presente estudio, se tuvo como unidad de análisis a una población de 2923 clientes corporativos de la empresa Entel Perú. En cuanto a los resultados del estudio, se logró probar la hipótesis formulada a nivel de la variable migración.
