| Sumario: | Job satisfaction is a work attitude than has been gaining relevance in the organizational psychology field, because of his relationship with psychological wellness and with the worker performance in organizations. In the search to identify those factors that contributes with his development, comes up his association with work social support. The present study has as purpose to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and work social support in active workers in organizations. For that purpose, it has been made an applied review of previous research that related the studied variables, applying the professional guidelines proposed in the PRISMA guide (Urrutia & Bonfill, 2010). Information was collected from scientific academic databases, specifically Proquest and APA Psynet, analyzing information from 7 studies published between 2015 and 2020 that show the relationship between the variables. Findings indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between social support and job satisfaction; in addition to finding that social support acts as an independent variable and job satisfaction as a dependent or result variable, being affected by the interaction of the social support with other psychological variables |
