This in order to carry out an analysis and a subsequent proposal for each stage: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke. The new layout of each warehouse, Raw Material and Finished Product was proposed. The results indicate that the time allocated to carry out warehouse activities is 396.22 hours per month and, after the analysis, the new time that will be obtained is 209.35 hours, managing to reduce the total time by 186.88 hours; that is, 47.16%. Thus, the number of additional rubber gaskets that will be produced will be approximately 86,328.

Thus, the number of additional rubber gaskets that will be produced will be approximately 86,328.La investigación tiene como objetivo destinar el tiempo ahorrado, gracias a la mejora, a la actividad de producción mediante el incremento de la eficiencia que permite realizar el mayor número de tareas sin alterar la calidad del producto. Las principales causas encontradas gracias al estudio realizado fueron la inexistencia de un sistema de etiquetado, falta de espacio, incorrecto sistema de información y equipos de almacenamiento en mal estado. Esto con la finalidad de realizar un análisis y una posterior propuesta para cada etapa: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu y Shitsuke. Se propuso la nueva disposición de cada almacén, Materia Prima y Producto Terminado. Los resultados indican que el tiempo destinado a realizar actividades del almacén es de 396.22 horas mensuales y, luego del análisis, el nuevo tiempo que se obtendrá es de 209.35 horas, logrando disminuir el tiempo total en 186.88 horas; es decir, 47.16%.
